Retail platform for Point of Sale (POS), Store Manager, and Central Manager applications. The extensible legacy system uses WPF, on-premises Microsoft SQL Server, and custom synchronization.
- Led modernization from architecture to release, designed the system architecture with the team, mentored developers, and implemented features through pair programming and code reviews.
- Delivered Store and Central API synchronization with RabbitMQ, 10× faster than the legacy solution, using Vertical Slice Architecture with unit and integration test coverage and deployment as a Windows Service or Docker container.
- Built Blazor/.NET 10 managers on the existing SQL Server database using N-Tier Architecture.
- Helped build the AI development harness and introduced AI-assisted releases from planning through release, supported by Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
